2023-24 College Basketball Season (NCAA tournament)
The 85th NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament will begin on March 19 and end on April 8, which are the latest possible dates for each.
For the 13th time, CBS and TNT Sports are in partnership to carry all 67 games live and in full. On March 12, the commentator list was revealed, with specific assignments to be determined once the brackets are released.
Two longtime voices of CBS coverage will be absent in 2024. Jim Nantz will not call a tournament game for the first time since 1990, while Greg Gumbel will not be the primary studio host for the first time since 1997. Ian Eagle takes over for Nantz, while Ernie Johnson Jr. becomes the primary studio host, with Adam Zucker becoming the second New York-based host. Zucker also takes over as host of the selection special, set for March 17. Adam Lefkoe will host from Atlanta.
Westwood One once again holds the radio rights, while ESPN International will show the Final Four to countries and territories outside the United States.
