During the 1949-50 college basketball season, CBS began televising a slate of college basketball games, which all featured Navy as the home team. Jim McManus  (who would later be known as Jim McKay of ABC WWOS fame) was the play-by-play announcer for the telecasts. Schedule and announcing info was compiled through the Brooklyn Daily Eagle.

Saturday 3/18- NIT Championship

CCNY-Bradley, 10, ABC. Announcers unknown

-The Brooklyn Daily Eagle of 3/18/1950 notes that the game was broadcast on WJZ, the ABC flagship for New York City, while the Philadelphia Inquirer of the same date confirms that it was scheduled to air on WPVI, the ABC affiliate for Philadelphia.
