1985 MLB Season
We come to 1985 and the year the LCS goes from a best of 5 to a best of 7. If the format had stayed the same, the AL would have had a different team in the World Series. And the Fall Classic itself for the first time sees all of its games slated for prime time. In 15 years, the WS goes from all day to all night.
