All times given in U.S. Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4). Local time for the tournament was six hours ahead of that.

ESPN's commentator pairings included Dave O'Brien with Marcelo Balboa, JP Dellacamera with John Harkes, Rob Stone with Robin Fraser, Glenn Davis with Shep Messing and Adrian Healey with Tommy Smyth.

A June 3 feature in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette included the tidbit that Dellacamera was scheduled for 18 games; we've identified seven of them so far.

The Miami Herald of June 9 noted that "about 35 percent of games will be called from the network's Bristol, Conn., studios." Thirty-five percent of 64 games is between 22 and 23. And the Minneapolis Star-Tribune records that Davis-Messing and Healey-Smyth were the studio crews.
