"for the 62 AFL title game, (Texans-Oilers) ABC had Curt Gowdy at the mike, and Jack Buck as some sort of prenatal sideline reporter. Gowdy: "Let's go down to Jack Buck for the coin flip" before the blown coin flip by Texans RB Abner Haynes. Also, Gowdy's voice can be clearly heard on the tape as Tommy Brooker's game-winning FG sails through the uprights."
